WHAT WE DON’T DO

  • We do not directly run training programs as a college or school.

  • We do not grant degrees or credentials—our partners handle that.

  • We do not replace local partnerships—we help connect and scale them.

  • We do not act as an employer for program graduates, though we help employers build pipelines.
